Storage24 is scaling rapidly — and we’re looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager (f/m/x) who combines analytical precision with creative experimentation. In this role, you won’t just execute campaigns — you will shape how paid acquisition fuels our commercial engine across Europe.
Working closely with our new Head of Growth, you will take ownership of Storage24’s entire paid marketing ecosystem and turn it into a strategic growth driver. - Own & Elevate Our Paid Growth Engine: Build and own a performance marketing vision that supports Storage24’s long-term growth roadmap. Lead and optimize all paid media activity (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) across several European markets.
- Drive Full-Funnel Impact: Shape paid acquisition strategies around measurable business outcomes: CPL, cost per sqm, conversion rates, and customer lifetime value. Ensure leads are qualified, nurtured, and efficiently converted by tightly aligning with our Sales team.
- Continuous Optimization & Experimentation: Run structured A/B tests on ads and landing pages (via HubSpot) to improve conversion and reduce CPL. Own landing page optimization and CRO testing frameworks.
- Integrate Paid, Organic, and Brand: Turn our social channels into high-conversion engines, aligning organic content with paid social and brand strategy. Work closely with SEO, Brand, Sales, and Product to ensure consistency and maximum amplification.
- Bring Data to Life: Establish KPI frameworks, implement tracking & attribution, and ensure insights directly shape creative and strategy. Build reports and performance presentations (Excel, PowerPoint/Slides) for internal stakeholders and leadership.
- Innovate & Automate: Identify opportunities to scale smarter using AI, analytics, automation tools (HubSpot, Looker, GA4), and advanced testing.
